Board of Health and Human Services ( chosen by the Governor ) She was Invited by the White House in 2007. They both are Owners of the new SUN STAR PLAZA in Georgetown TX. It opened in the Fall of 2008. As of 2000 – Assistant Professor at Texas A&M College of Medicine and Chief Medical staff at Caraday Healthcare .
They have a son Robert Choi – Chief Executive Officer of Caraday Health care (2019)

She serves as AdvisoryBoard to the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce; Board member of Texas Asian Chamber of Commerce; member of Traumatic Brain Injury Association; and founding Board of director for Austin-Kwangmyong Sister City; member of the Cedar Park Chamber – Her passion is in the educational sector in “quest for knowledge” and she lives by the motto of persistence, perseverance and common sense. Owner of various businesses such as, retail stores, convenience stores, manufacturing, property management companies; Real Estate Commercial & Development; Founding board member of Texas Asian Chamber of Commerce; Committee member of Mayors task for globalization of Austin. Board member of International Partner of Greater Austin; founding Board member of Austin-Kwangmyong Sister City. Board of Director – Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce, Cedar Park, TX. (Retired 2017.)

Dr. Augustine Choi- (my 2nd brother ) – 3rd child…… (standing on left side of my sister)
Internationally renowned physician- scientist in lung disease has been named the Stephen and Suzanne Weiss Dean of Weill Cornell Medicine and Cornell University provost for medical affairs on January 17, 2017. He was also Chief of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care at Harvard Medical School. Recipient of Ho-AM Nobel Prize in Medicine 2011 (Korea). As of August 2013, he will be appointed as Chairman of Department of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College and Physician-Chief at New York Presbytarian Hospital. The American Thoracic Society awarded him the James Burns Amberson Award on May 17, 2015. As of June 1, 2016 – 2023 he was appointed Interim Dean of Weill Cornell of Medicine and Interim Provost for medical affairs of Cornell University. He has also worked at Yale and Johns Hopkins.
Dr. Mary Choi (his wife) – Associate Professor of Medicine Division of Nephrology (Kidney), Harvard Medical School. Both were graduates from the Duke Medical Center Internal Medicine Residency. Both transferred from Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Johns Hopkins and Yale University School of Medicine. As of August 2013, she was appointed as Physician -Scientist and a practicing Nephrologist in the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension at Weill Cornell Medical College.
Dr. Justin Choi (eldest son) Residency at Yale School of Medicine 2014. As of 2018 he is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical in New York City.
Dr. Alex Choi (youngest son) Michigan University Medical School 2015 and in 2020 residency in Medicine at Weill Cornell in New York City.
